Exchanges & returns

Thank you for shopping at Lachlan Kenya Limited’s online webshop. We strive to provide you with the best products and customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges on products within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Please contact our customer service team at info(at)lachlanafrica.com to initiate the exchange process. Kindly provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately process the exchange and dispatch the new item, subject to availability.
  • Please note that you will be required to incur the cost of shipping the product back to Lachlan Kenya Limited.

Returns

  • We accept returns on products within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the original purchase price.
  • Please contact our customer service team at info(at)lachlanafrica.com to initiate the return process. Kindly provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process the refund within 7 working days to the original method of payment.
  • Please note that you will be required to incur the cost of shipping the product back to Lachlan Kenya Limited.

Exceptions

Certain items such as perishable goods, hazardous materials, and special order items may not be eligible for exchanges or returns. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
