1. Promotion Overview
This promotion is organized by Lachlan Kenya Limited (hereafter referred to as “the Organizer”) and is aimed at rewarding customers who purchase any of the following products:
By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from November 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive). Purchases made outside of this period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
This promotion is open to all customers who purchase any of the above-mentioned products with a valid anti-counterfeit sticker.
- The promotion is limited to products sold within Kenya.
- The USSD code *454*99# used for code redemption is only operational on Safaricom networks.
4. How to Participate
To enter the promotion, customers must:
- Purchase any eligible product with an anti-counterfeit sticker.
- Scratch the sticker to reveal the unique code.
- Dial *454*99# on a Safaricom mobile line, enter the code, and send.
Upon successful entry, the application will confirm the details of the product bought.
5. Rewards
Upon a valid submission, participants will receive free airtime as a reward. Airtime rewards are subject to verification and may vary at the Organizer’s discretion.
6. Entry Rules
- Each unique code can only be redeemed once. Attempting to redeem a code multiple times will render it invalid.
- Only products listed in section 1 are eligible; any other products, even if purchased from the Organizer, are excluded.
- Participants are allowed unlimited entries, provided each entry is made using a new purchase with a valid code.
7. Fraud Prevention
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected of fraudulent activity. If fraud is detected, the associated airtime reward will not be processed, and the entry will be voided.
8. General Terms
- Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, such as technical issues or changes in law.
- By participating, customers agree that the Organizer may collect and process their personal information as per our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lachlan Kenya Limited will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from delays, changes, or cancellations in the promotion or reward distribution due to factors outside its control.
10. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the promotion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
